Roast cauliflower & spiced chickpea salad, fresh herbs, pickled onion & tahini dressing (v) (gf)

Arancini Balls with tarragon aioli, kipfler potato, green peas, parmesan & capers (v)

Whiskey & maple glazed Lamb Cutlets, rosemary potatoes & green pea basil pesto (gf)
